Data Export
How to export personal information associated with your Inali account.
In-App Export
Signed-in users can export their Inali data in the app. The in-app export is the primary way to receive a copy of your account information and app data while protecting the privacy rights of other people in shared wallets.
Manual Help
If you cannot access the app, or if you believe something is missing from the in-app export, contact [email protected]. We can only provide account-specific help after we verify your identity and account ownership in a way that protects your data and the privacy of other people in shared wallets.
Format And Scope
The current in-app export is a machine-readable JSON file. It includes account details available to Inali, your synced app data, and pending entries saved on your device where available.
Invite links and codes are redacted. Other wallet participants may be pseudonymized. We may exclude or summarize information where disclosure would affect another person's privacy, security, or the integrity of the service, including private co-member data, hidden identifiers, and security-only records.
Temporary Export Files And Deletion
The current in-app export is generated for you in the app. If we later create a temporary server-side export file for a manual response, we will make it time-limited and delete it after no more than 7 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a request.
If you plan to delete your account, consider requesting an export first. Once deletion is complete, Inali removes direct account identifiers and may keep anonymized expense records that are no longer linked to your account.
