The terms that apply when you access or use Inali.
Acceptance And Eligibility
By accessing or using Inali, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Inali only if you are old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or if a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms for you and supervises your use. Inali is not directed to children.
Accounts And Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Permitted Use
You may use Inali only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse technical access points or the service, or use Inali to violate the rights of others.
You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, probe, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls for Inali, except where such activity is allowed by applicable law. You must not upload malware, abuse automated access, or use Inali to harass, defraud, or harm another person.
License And Ownership
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Inali for your personal or household expense organization, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules. We and our licensors keep all rights in Inali, including the app, software, design, branding, and service.
Your Content And Shared Wallets
You retain ownership of content you enter into Inali. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and secure that content as necessary to provide the service.
Information you add to a shared wallet may be visible to the wallet members you invite or accept. Only add information that you are allowed to share with those members. You are responsible for your own agreements with other wallet members. Inali is not a party to those agreements and does not decide whether one member owes another money.
No Money Movement Or Professional Advice
Inali records, organizes, and calculates shared expenses. It does not hold funds, move money, process payments, collect debts, guarantee reimbursement, connect to bank accounts, provide lending or credit, or operate as a financial institution.
Inali helps organize shared expenses and personal budgeting information. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
Apple App Store And Paid Features
If you download Inali through the App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and other applicable Apple terms. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of Inali, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by App Store distribution rules.
Paid features and subscriptions are purchased, billed, renewed, cancelled, refunded, and taxed through Apple and your Apple Account. Inali does not collect or store your payment card information and does not operate direct web checkout. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until cancelled through Apple. You can manage cancellation and billing through Apple billing and subscriptions support.
Prices, trials, subscription periods, taxes, renewal timing, cancellation options, and price-change notices are shown in Apple's purchase flow or Apple account controls. If website marketing lists a price, the final App Store price for your country or region controls.
Accuracy, Availability, And Data Loss
You are responsible for checking entries, categories, splits, balances, and settlements before relying on them. Inali may contain mistakes caused by user input, sync behavior, software errors, or incomplete information.
Inali may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or affected by data loss. You should keep your own records where they are important to you, including records needed for taxes, accounting, reimbursement, or disputes.
Service Changes And Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice where changes materially affect your use.
We may suspend or terminate access to Inali if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or used the service in a way that could harm other users or Inali.
Consumer Rights And Digital Service Support
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Where digital-service conformity, withdrawal, cancellation, mediation, accessibility, or statutory warranty rules apply, we will handle them as required by applicable law while keeping Apple responsible for App Store billing and refund workflows where Apple controls them.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has closed. Do not rely on an ODR platform link for dispute handling. Contact support for product issues and legal requests.
Disclaimers And Liability
Inali is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Giuliano Rasper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Changes, Survival, And Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
